This role involves contributing to the design, development, and coordination of architectural projects, primarily in healthcare facilities, utilizing Revit and other design tools, while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and participating in project phases from concept to construction.
Key Responsibilities
Design, select, coordinate, and detail architectural components independently and as part of a team
Develop and manage REVIT models to produce plans, elevations, sections, and details
Create preliminary site plan sketches and assist in developing design and concept drawings
Coordinate project documents with other disciplines and engineers
Review shop drawing submittals and participate in field site inspections
Participate in project team meetings and communicate effectively with team members
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor degree in a relevant field required.
Minimum 4 years of related professional experience required.
Current Architectural Registration in the United States required.
Must be able to participate in the development of projects' technical or design characteristics and content.
Proficiency with Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite required.
Strong creative design portfolio is essential.
Must be able to communicate effectively, work in a team, present ideas clearly, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Professional business attire is required for all client meetings, including suits, ties, collared dress shirts, dresses, and skirts.
Travel required.
