Job Description
This role involves supporting architectural design and documentation within a multidisciplinary team, utilizing Revit and other tools to assist in project development from conceptual design to construction, under the supervision of licensed architects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design process by assisting with material selection, coordination, and detailing of architectural systems
- Build physical building models and produce architectural documentation under supervision
- Create graphics materials and images for client presentations
- Participate in research initiatives and assist during conceptual design through construction documentation
- Review shop drawing submittals and respond to client questions with supervisory guidance
- Use REVIT to produce plans, elevations, and sections under guidance
- Coordinate project documents with other disciplines
- Attend project meetings and participate in project presentations
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor degree in a relevant field required.
- Minimum 2 years of related professional experience required.
- Council of Architecture - India certificate required.
- Proficiency with Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite required.
- Strong creative design portfolio is essential.
- Demonstrates independent judgment in handling responsibilities at this level.
