Job Description
The Senior Accountant - Fixed Asset Leasing Accountant is responsible for managing all aspects of fixed asset and lease accounting, including recording, tracking, and reconciling fixed assets, construction in process, and company leases.
Key Responsibilities
- Record, transfer, and dispose of fixed assets
- Track and record construction in process
- Perform monthly reconciliations of the fixed asset subledger and construction in process schedule to the general ledger
- Record and track all company leases
Requirements
