Job Description
The Customer Service Representative at Paint Center is responsible for providing exceptional service to contractors and retail customers by accurately fulfilling orders, offering product recommendations, and supporting color matching and coating selection to ensure a smooth and professional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to contractors and retail customers
- Fulfill paint product orders accurately and on time
- Assist customers with product recommendations, tinting, and color matching
- Support contractors in selecting appropriate coatings for various surfaces and conditions
- Process high-volume orders efficiently while maintaining personalized service
- Communicate clearly with jobsite crews and customers
- Take ownership of the in-store customer experience
Requirements
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service to contractors and retail customers at Bee Green s Paint Center.
- Experience in fulfilling paint product orders accurately and on time.
- Knowledgeable support on paint products, coatings, and application methods.
- Experience working closely with contractors to ensure they receive the products they need to keep their projects moving, including custom tinting and precise color matching.
- Ability to assist in selecting the right coatings for different surfaces and jobsite conditions.
- Experience supporting retail customers with product recommendations, tinting, and order pick-up.
- Ability to process high-volume orders efficiently while providing personalized service.
- Strong communication skills to clearly communicate with jobsite crews and customers.
- Ability to take ownership of the in-store experience and ensure a professional and friendly customer interaction.
- Attention to accuracy, speed, and product knowledge to succeed in the role.
- Reporting to the Paint Center Manager.
