Job Description
A Customer Service Representative at Bee Green's Paint Center responsible for providing exceptional service to contractors and retail customers by accurately fulfilling orders, offering product recommendations, and supporting paint product selection and application, all while maintaining a high level of product knowledge and personalized service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to contractors and retail customers
- Fulfill paint and coating orders accurately and on time
- Assist customers with product recommendations, tinting, and color matching
- Support contractors in selecting appropriate coatings for various surfaces and conditions
- Process high-volume orders efficiently while maintaining personalized service
- Communicate clearly with jobsite crews and customers
- Ensure a professional and friendly in-store experience
Requirements
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service to contractors and retail customers at Bee Green s Paint Center.
- Experience in fulfilling orders accurately and on time.
- Knowledge of paint products, coatings, and application methods.
- Experience working closely with contractors to ensure they receive the products they need to keep their projects moving, including custom tinting and precise color matching.
- Ability to assist customers in selecting the right coatings for different surfaces and jobsite conditions.
- Experience supporting retail customers with product recommendations, tinting, and order pick-up.
- Ability to process high-volume orders efficiently while providing personalized service.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly communicate with jobsite crews and customers.
- Ability to take ownership of the in-store experience and ensure a professional and friendly customer interaction.
- Demonstrated accuracy and speed in order processing and customer service.
- Product knowledge related to paint, coatings, and application methods.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
