Job Description
An Inside Sales Representative in a landscape supply store responsible for assisting customers, providing product information, and supporting daily operations to ensure a positive customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email to support sales and inquiries
- Learn about landscaping materials and products to provide accurate information to customers
- Support daily store operations and ensure a positive customer experience
Requirements
- Ability to assist customers in person, over the phone, and through email in a busy landscape supply store environment
- Strong communication skills to clearly convey information about landscaping materials to customers
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in customer interactions and transactions
- Ability to learn about landscaping materials, including soil, rock, mulch, hardscape installation, and irrigation supplies
- Demonstrated dependability and service-oriented attitude
- Professionalism in customer interactions
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced retail environment
- Organizational skills and adaptability to handle changing priorities
