Requirements
Deliver exceptional customer service to contractors and retail customers at Bee Green s Paint Center.
Accurately and promptly fulfill customer orders, ensuring they are completed on time.
Provide knowledgeable support on paint products, coatings, and application methods.
Work closely with contractors to ensure they receive the products they need to keep their projects moving, including custom tinting and precise color matching.
Assist customers in selecting the right coatings for different surfaces and jobsite conditions.
Support retail customers with product recommendations, tinting, and order pick-up.
Balance high-volume order processing with personalized customer service.
Communicate clearly with jobsite crews and customers.
Take ownership of the in-store experience to ensure a professional and friendly environment.
Possess strong product knowledge related to paint, coatings, and application techniques.
Demonstrate accuracy and speed in processing orders and providing customer support.
Report directly to the Paint Center Manager.
