Job Description
An Outdoor Customer Service Representative at Bee Green Recycling Supply assists customers and vendors in the landscape supply yard by loading materials, educating on products and services, operating equipment, and managing inventory in a fast-paced, physical environment, with a focus on service excellence and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers and vendors in the Landscape Supply Yard with loading materials
- Educate customers on products and services
- Operate equipment related to yard activities
- Manage inventory within the yard
- Perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and care
Requirements
- Ability to help customers and vendors in the Landscape Supply Yard with professionalism and care, including loading materials, educating customers on products and services, operating equipment, and managing inventory.
- Physical ability to perform work that is physical and fast-paced.
- Dependability and alertness to perform job duties effectively.
- Willingness to serve with excellence and take pride in doing things the right way.
- Ability to work well with others and collaborate as part of a team.
- Ability to report directly to the Lead Outdoor CSR and work closely with a crew committed to doing great work and helping others succeed.
