Job Description
The Outdoor Customer Service Representative at Bee Green Recycling Supply provides professional and caring assistance to customers and vendors in the landscape supply yard, including loading materials, educating on products, operating equipment, and managing inventory in a fast-paced, physical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers and vendors in the Landscape Supply Yard with loading materials
- Educate customers on products and services
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently
- Manage inventory within the yard
- Perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain professionalism and provide excellent customer service
Requirements
- Ability to help customers and vendors in the Landscape Supply Yard with professionalism and care, including loading materials, educating customers on products and services, operating equipment, and managing inventory.
- Physical ability to perform work that is physical and fast-paced.
- Dependability and alertness to perform job duties effectively.
- Willingness to serve with excellence and take pride in doing things the right way.
- Ability to work well with others as part of a team.
- Ability to report directly to the Lead Outdoor CSR and work closely with a crew committed to doing great work and helping others succeed.
