Job Description
The Senior Training Program Manager will design, develop, and execute training programs for a global workforce supporting autonomous vehicle mapping operations, focusing on onboarding, continuous learning, and performance improvement to ensure high-quality data and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute training programs for a global Mapping Operations workforce
- Create structured learning pathways and develop engaging training content
- Implement assessments and define KPIs to measure training effectiveness
- Collaborate with Operations, Product, Analytics, and Engineering teams to align training with operational workflows
- Build remote and scalable learning programs for distributed teams
- Maintain and update training materials to reflect product and workflow changes
- Partner with vendor leads to ensure effective rollout and adoption of training programs
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in training program management, learning and development, or instructional design.
- Proven experience designing training programs for a large, technical operational workforce.
- Experience supporting large-scale, globally distributed teams.
- Experience building remote and asynchronous learning programs.
- Strong content development skills including training documentation, learning modules, and assessments.
- Ability to define and track training effectiveness KPIs.
- Experience designing and implementing assessments to measure knowledge retention and skill proficiency.
- Ability to partner with Operation Leads and Analytics teams to understand performance trends and develop targeted training interventions.
- Experience building processes to ensure training content stays current with product and workflow updates.
- Ability to support the rollout and adoption of learning programs in collaboration with Vendor Leads.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally for 2-4 weeks per year based on business needs.
