Job Description
The Lead Financial System role at Aurora involves managing and optimizing the company's financial systems, particularly NetSuite, to ensure operational excellence, support cross-functional teams, and maintain compliance with SOX controls, while driving system improvements and automation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the administration, customization, and optimization of NetSuite and other financial systems.
- Manage Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls, including IT General Controls documentation and audit coordination.
- Oversee day-to-day NetSuite operations, including user roles, system configurations, and issue resolution.
- Enhance and maintain integrations between NetSuite and other enterprise systems such as Workday and Coupa.
- Design and develop custom solutions in NetSuite to optimize commercial operations, billing, and revenue.
- Identify opportunities for automation, reporting improvements, and system enhancements to increase efficiency and scalability.
- Evaluate, test, and implement new system features, upgrades, and third-party integrations.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define system requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- 10 years of experience building and supporting finance systems in a global organization, particularly with NetSuite, Coupa, and Workday Expense.
- 7 years of experience in SuiteFlow workflows, SuiteBuilder, SuiteScript, and Javascript.
- Strong understanding of business processes across Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Acquire-to-Retire, and Design-to-Build and Warehouse Management.
- Proven ability to deliver complex customized solutions within the NetSuite Platform using SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, and SuiteScripts.
- Experience working for a public company with strong knowledge of IT related controls required for Sarbanes-Oxley SOX compliance.
- NetSuite Certified Administrator.

Base salary range: 154,000 - 223,000 per year
