Job Description
The Aurora Driver is responsible for safely operating autonomous semi-trucks, providing real-time feedback on vehicle performance, and supporting the testing and development of self-driving technology to advance safer and more efficient transportation.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate autonomous semi trucks on road and closed courses
- Provide real-time feedback on the Aurora Driver's performance
- Support the testing and refinement of autonomous vehicle systems through data delivery
Requirements
- 3 years of commercial driving experience
- Clean driving record
- Possession of an Interstate Class-A CDL license
- Ability to safely operate autonomous semi trucks on road and closed courses
- Ability to provide real-time feedback on the Aurora Driver’s performance
- Strong communication skills
- Strategic thinking skills
- Tech-savviness
