Job Description
The Inventory Specialist at Aurora is responsible for managing all controlled materials at the Mountain View location, including shipping, receiving, and data management, to ensure efficient inventory operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all controlled materials at the Mountain View location
- Oversee shipping and receiving operations
- Maintain data hygiene, process policies, and project management related to inventory
- Ensure accurate inventory tracking using structured request queues, work orders, and build plans
- Communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Drive forklift as needed
Requirements
- Three (3) years of Inventory Management experience
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively in a time-sensitive, rapid paced environment
- Ability to synthesize company objectives into near-term priorities
- Comprehensive experience working with structured request queues, work orders, and build plans
- Working knowledge of cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP, NetSuite, or Plex and their corresponding Inventory Modules
- Ability to drive and learn forklift operation
