Job Description
The Project Manager is a licensed Landscape Architect responsible for overseeing multiple design projects, including planning, coordination, team leadership, client communication, and ensuring timely and profitable project delivery within budget and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project team activities and coordinate project development from initiation to completion
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and profitable delivery
- Oversee design, documentation, and presentation materials, including CAD drawings and specifications
- Coordinate client and team meetings, communications, and approvals throughout the project lifecycle
- Supervise construction administration activities, site visits, and review of submittals and construction documents
Requirements
- The candidate must be a licensed professional Landscape Architect responsible for production, coordination, and supervision of multiple projects.
- The candidate must have a Landscape Architecture degree from an accredited BLA or MLA university program.
- The candidate must hold registration as a Licensed Landscape Architect and possess CLARB certification.
- The candidate must have between 5 to 10 years of experience in a private sector design or planning office.
- The candidate must have advanced skills in AutoCAD and customizations, Photoshop, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office suite.
- The candidate must have advanced contract document layout and production knowledge.
- The candidate must have advanced hand and digital rendering skills.
