The Project Engineer will work on site civil engineering and land development projects, managing project lifecycle from design to construction, ensuring technical excellence, permitting, client relations, and contributing to company growth.
Key Responsibilities
Work on site civil engineering and land development projects
Design potable water and wastewater distribution systems, surface water management systems, site grading, and roadway design
Manage projects from entitlements through to construction
Coordinate various aspects of project development
Process permitting and entitlements across governmental agencies
Implement permitting strategies to meet project schedules
Participate in company marketing efforts and foster client relationships
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an EAC ABET Accredited University
PE Licensure is required
Demonstrate technical excellence in engineering principles and practices
Possess expertise in designing potable water and wastewater distribution systems, surface water management systems, site grading, roadway design, and related land development projects
Experience in taking projects from entitlements through to construction, ensuring successful project execution
Ability to manage and coordinate various aspects of project development
Efficiently process multiple permitting entitlements across various governmental agencies
Utilize local experience to streamline the permitting process
Implement complex permitting strategies to meet project schedules for large-scale developments and commercial infills
Actively participate in company marketing efforts to enhance the company’s profile and foster relationships with clients and governmental agencies
Contribute to the growth of the company by delivering high-quality projects and ensuring client satisfaction
