Job Description

A Business Development Representative at Celonis is responsible for identifying and creating new enterprise business opportunities, evangelizing the Process Intelligence Platform, and building relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive sales growth within designated territories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and create new enterprise business opportunities in assigned accounts
  • Act as a champion for the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform, demonstrating its value to customers
  • Use modern tools and strategies to prospect and connect with potential clients via cold calls, email, and social channels
  • Generate sales pipeline by setting up qualified meetings and expanding customer relationships
  • Manage a defined territory by developing new accounts and growing existing customer relationships
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute account strategies and promote campaigns
  • Support complex sales cycles by engaging multiple lines of business within enterprise accounts

Requirements

  • A BA or BS degree from a top university or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of sales experience or business development experience in a SaaS organization.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to engage senior stakeholders and tell a compelling story.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • A results-driven attitude with a strong desire to compete and exceed targets.
  • Highly coachable and eager to learn.
  • This role requires working in a hybrid environment with employees expected to be in-office 3 days per week.
  • Visa sponsorship is not offered for this role.
