Job Description
A Senior Manager in Transaction Advisory Services at Aprio leads high-impact financial due diligence engagements for private equity and strategic clients, helping them maximize opportunities across various industries while contributing to firm growth and client relationship development.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence services to clients.
- Lead the execution of high-impact transaction advisory engagements.
- Develop and maintain client relationships within the transaction advisory space.
Requirements
- Experience in providing buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence services to private equity firms, their portfolio companies, and strategic acquirers.
- Ability to lead the execution of high-impact transaction advisory engagements.
- Demonstrated experience serving clients across a diverse range of industries, with strong concentrations in government contracting, construction, and technology.
- Proven ability to contribute to practice growth and develop client relationships.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in transaction advisory or related financial services.
- Strong understanding of financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence processes.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills to oversee transaction engagements.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA certification or equivalent professional credential is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to meet client deadlines.
- Physical ability to perform work that may include sitting for extended periods, using a computer, and attending meetings.
