Job Description

The Senior Specialist, Talent Development, is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing talent development programs to enhance leadership and professional skills within the organization, including overseeing mentoring initiatives and delivering high-quality learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and support innovative talent development programs to enhance leadership and professional skills
  • Plan, execute, and continuously improve talent development initiatives, managing timelines, workflows, and stakeholder communication
  • Partner with Learning & Development leaders and teams to deliver high-quality live and hybrid learning programs
  • Oversee the mentoring program and manage project plans for large-scale talent development initiatives
  • Ensure documentation, processes, and performance metrics are maintained and optimized

Requirements

  • Develops and supports innovative talent development programs to enhance the workforce's leadership and professional skills.
  • Drives successful planning, execution, and continuous improvement of talent development programs and initiatives by managing timelines, workflows, stakeholder communication, and project outcomes.
  • Partners closely with Learning & Development leaders, Talent Development Pod leads, and the Learning & Development events team to deliver high-quality live and hybrid learning programs, ensuring an impactful learning experience.
  • Oversees Aprio’s mentoring program.
  • Oversees project plans for large-scale talent development initiatives.
  • Ensures documentation, processes, and performance metrics are consistently maintained and optimized.
  • Must have experience in developing and supporting talent development initiatives that enhance leadership and professional skills.
  • Must have experience managing timelines, workflows, stakeholder communication, and project outcomes related to talent development programs.
  • Must have experience partnering with Learning & Development leaders and teams to deliver live and hybrid learning programs.
  • Must have experience overseeing mentoring programs and large-scale project plans.
  • Must have the ability to ensure documentation, processes, and performance metrics are maintained and optimized.
