Job Description

A Senior Manager in Transaction Advisory Services at Aprio will lead high-impact financial due diligence engagements for private equity firms, portfolio companies, and strategic acquirers across various industries, helping clients maximize opportunities and supporting practice growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence services to clients.
  • Lead the execution of high-impact transaction advisory engagements.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships within the transaction advisory space.

Requirements

  • Experience in providing buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence services to private equity firms, their portfolio companies, and strategic acquirers.
  • Ability to lead the execution of high-impact transaction advisory engagements.
  • Demonstrated experience serving clients across diverse industries, with strong concentrations in government contracting, construction, and technology.
  • Proven ability to contribute to practice growth and develop client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of financial analysis and valuation techniques relevant to transaction advisory services.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage and mentor team members during engagements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or equivalent is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in transaction advisory, financial due diligence, or related financial consulting roles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Physical ability to perform work that may require sitting for extended periods, working at a computer, and attending meetings.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client engagements, with travel expectations to be determined based on client needs.
