Job Description
A Senior Manager in Transaction Advisory Services at Aprio will lead high-impact financial due diligence engagements for private equity firms, portfolio companies, and strategic acquirers across various industries, helping clients maximize opportunities and supporting practice growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence services to clients.
- Lead the execution of high-impact transaction advisory engagements.
- Develop and maintain client relationships within the transaction advisory space.
Requirements
- Experience in providing buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence services to private equity firms, their portfolio companies, and strategic acquirers.
- Ability to lead the execution of high-impact transaction advisory engagements.
- Demonstrated experience serving clients across diverse industries, with strong concentrations in government contracting, construction, and technology.
- Proven ability to contribute to practice growth and develop client relationships.
- Strong understanding of financial analysis and valuation techniques relevant to transaction advisory services.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage and mentor team members during engagements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or equivalent is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in transaction advisory, financial due diligence, or related financial consulting roles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical ability to perform work that may require sitting for extended periods, working at a computer, and attending meetings.
- Willingness to travel as required for client engagements, with travel expectations to be determined based on client needs.
