- Strong leadership skills to act as a steward of the firm's brand and deliver excellence in client service.
- Track record of driving revenue growth and operational effectiveness within a professional services setting.
- Excellent collaboration skills to foster cross-firm collaboration.
- Relevant professional experience in partnership tax or a similar field.
- Ability to operate in a leadership role with responsibilities including client engagement, market expansion, talent development, and strategic planning.
