Job Description
A Tax Manager in the Technology Industry at Aprio is responsible for providing tax planning and compliance services, including exposure to ASC740 tax provisions, for technology clients, while contributing to a dynamic, growth-oriented team within a progressive CPA and advisory firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with ASC740 tax provisions and related calculations
- Work with technology industry clients on corporate and pass-through tax return filings
- Develop and implement tax strategies to reduce clients' tax liabilities
Requirements
- Exposure to ASC740 tax provisions and related calculations is a must.
- Familiarity with technology industry clients, including those with both corporate and pass-through tax return filings, is required.
