Job Description
A Senior Tax Associate in Manufacturing Technology at Aprio will provide tax services to middle to large-sized clients, helping them optimize their tax opportunities while working within a dynamic, growth-oriented firm that values innovation, collaboration, and professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review tax returns for manufacturing and international technology clients.
- Provide tax planning and consulting services to optimize client tax positions.
- Research and interpret tax laws and regulations relevant to manufacturing and international technology industries.
- Assist in identifying tax credits, incentives, and opportunities for clients.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local tax requirements.
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience working in tax, specifically with manufacturing and international technology industries.
- Have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Demonstrate proficiency in tax compliance and planning for middle to large-sized tax clients.
- Show ability to work with diverse and energetic teams within a collaborative environment.
- Be able to work effectively with clients and team members to maximize opportunities and deliver exceptional service.
- Possess knowledge of current tax laws and regulations relevant to manufacturing and international technology sectors.
- Have the ability to analyze complex tax issues and develop strategic solutions.
- Be capable of managing multiple client engagements and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess strong communication skills to clearly explain tax concepts and recommendations.
- Be willing to work in a flexible working environment, including remote and hybrid options.
