Requirements
Demonstrated people management experience and the ability to support direct reports in career development, project assignments, and portfolio oversight.
Experience in guiding and supporting enterprise-wide initiatives and leading a team of Project Managers.
Ability to manage complex project timelines and coordinate cross-functional teams.
Organizational skills to lead and support enterprise project management activities.
Strong leadership skills to lead a team of Project Managers and support their career growth.
Experience in driving process improvements within project management or organizational processes.
