Job Description
A Senior Associate in Human Capital Services at Aprio will support clients in maximizing their human resources opportunities through consulting and advisory services, working within a dynamic, growth-oriented CPA and advisory firm environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with human capital strategies and opportunities
- Provide consulting on HR and talent management issues
- Support the development and implementation of HR-related projects and initiatives
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience working in human capital services, consulting, or related fields.
- Have a bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrate strong skills in client engagement and the ability to help clients maximize their opportunities.
- Be able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment with high energy, passion, and ambition.
- Have the ability to innovate and bring ideas to help grow the firm and improve services.
- Be willing to grow professionally in an environment that fosters continuous learning and advancement.
- Be able to work in a flexible working environment, including remote and hybrid options.
- Be eligible to participate in and support the firm's CPA and tax consulting services (implying familiarity with relevant regulations and standards).
