Job Description
A Senior Administrator at Aprio will support the firm's assurance team by managing administrative tasks, facilitating client interactions, and contributing to a collaborative and growth-oriented professional environment within a leading CPA and advisory firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with administrative tasks within the assurance team
- Support client engagement processes and documentation
- Coordinate scheduling and communication for team and client meetings
Requirements
- Possess the skills and experience necessary to perform administrative duties effectively within a professional services environment.
- Have the ability to work collaboratively with a high-energy, passionate, caring, and ambitious team of professionals in a collaborative culture.
- Demonstrate the capacity to innovate and bring ideas to help the firm grow, supporting the firm's goal to become the CPA firm of choice nationally.
- Be able to grow professionally in an environment that fosters continuous learning and advancement.
- Possess the ability to work in a flexible working environment, including remote and hybrid options.
- Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or related role in a professional services or corporate environment.
- Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Be capable of handling sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Have excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree or relevant certification is preferred but not explicitly required.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using standard office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
