Job Description
The Payroll Associate is responsible for managing payroll operations for multiple clients while supporting core accounting functions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment within a growing CPA and advisory firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage payroll operations for multiple clients
- Process payroll accurately and timely
- Perform core accounting functions alongside payroll duties

- Strong payroll processing experience with the ability to manage payroll operations for multiple clients.
- Ability to perform core accounting functions alongside payroll processing.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work full-time, as the role is for full-time team members.
- Ability to work with multiple clients simultaneously and manage payroll operations effectively.
