Job Description
The role involves leading and managing commercial and residential land development projects, overseeing design, client relationships, financials, and team mentorship to ensure high-quality project delivery and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee site civil projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and client satisfaction
- Design project plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision technologies
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Manage project financials, including billing and invoicing
- Mentor and support junior staff members
- Implement quality control measures to uphold standards
Requirements
- A Professional Engineer license in Delaware.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision technologies.
- Proven track record in managing both commercial and residential land development projects.
- Strong client management and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated skills in business development and a proactive approach to opportunities.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate junior team members.
