Job Description
The Onboarding Accounting Associate will support the onboarding process for clients within a dynamic CPA and advisory firm, assisting with accounting and financial services to help clients maximize their opportunities and grow their businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with onboarding new clients and setting up their accounts
- Support the preparation and review of financial documents and records
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth onboarding processes
Requirements
- Must have the ability to work as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
- Must be willing to work in a flexible working environment including remote and hybrid options.
- Must be able to work with a high-energy, passionate, caring, and ambitious team of professionals.

- Must be able to support onboarding processes for new clients and team members in an accounting or related capacity.
- Must have a basic understanding of accounting principles and practices relevant to onboarding new clients.
- Must be willing to participate in the firm's CPA support program and obtain CPA certification if not already certified, with cash incentives upon completion.
- Must be able to adhere to the firm's policies on diversity, equity, and inclusion, and operate in accordance with applicable federal, state, or local laws.
