The Audit Leader will oversee manufacturing audit engagements, lead a team of professionals, and help clients optimize their opportunities through strategic assurance services within a fast-growing, innovative CPA and advisory firm.

Manage audit planning, execution, and reporting processes.

Identify and communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients.
Requirements
Significant manufacturing experience relevant to the audit leadership role.
Experience in leading or managing audit engagements within the manufacturing industry.
Ability to oversee and execute audit procedures in accordance with professional standards and firm policies.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, operations, and related financial reporting requirements.
Proven leadership skills to manage and mentor audit team members effectively.
Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members at various levels.
Ability to identify and address complex accounting and auditing issues specific to manufacturing companies.
Experience in planning, executing, and completing audits for manufacturing clients.
Knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to manufacturing industry audits.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Possession of a CPA license or equivalent professional certification.
Demonstrated experience in a public accounting or CPA firm environment, with a focus on manufacturing clients.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to manufacturing financial statements and internal controls.
