Job Description
The Senior Manager of Product Structure, PLM MES is responsible for leading the implementation and development of Product Lifecycle Management and Manufacturing Execution Systems to support the company's robotic manufacturing processes, ensuring seamless integration and synchronization of product data across engineering, production, and service functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the implementation and evolution of PLM and MES systems and processes to support product and manufacturing growth
- Govern the product architecture for complex mechatronic systems, ensuring synchronization of EBOM, MBOM, and SBOM
- Define and execute the PLM and MES roadmap in collaboration with executive stakeholders
- Build and maintain an integrated ecosystem that accelerates product development and enables traceability
- Align engineering, operations, product, and after-sales functions through strategic planning and governance
Requirements
- Experience in owning the implementation and evolution of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and processes to support a rapidly growing product and manufacturing organization.
- Ability to govern the product architecture for complex mechatronic systems, ensuring that Engineering BOM (EBOM), Manufacturing BOM (MBOM), and Service BOM (SBOM) are perfectly synchronized.
- Proven track record in defining and executing a PLM and MES roadmap in collaboration with executive stakeholders.
- Experience in building and managing an integrated, enterprise-grade ecosystem that accelerates product development, enables traceability, and scales product data excellence.
- Strong leadership skills to oversee digital backbone architecture connecting robotic innovations to real-world production.
- Experience in business transformation related to systems and process improvements in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, operations, product, and after-sales service functions to ensure alignment of systems and processes.
