Job Description

The role involves leading global strategic accounts in the data storage industry, developing comprehensive account strategies, managing complex multi-national contracts, building C-suite relationships, and collaborating across teams to deliver innovative data solutions and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and execute global account strategies to ensure revenue growth and market share dominance.
  • Lead end-to-end sales processes for complex, multi-national contracts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-suite stakeholders and global partners to influence technology roadmaps and initiatives.
  • Analyze industry trends and competitor landscapes to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver proposals and ensure seamless execution of service agreements.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in penetrating large-scale global accounts and navigating the complexities of hunter territories, with a focus on closing multi-million dollar global contracts and exceeding aggressive growth KPIs.
  • Exceptional ability to translate technical advantages into business value for C-level audiences, backed by strong decision-making skills and the presence to earn respect across diverse, global organizations.
  • Demonstrated success in leading distributed teams and managing complex partner ecosystems such as GSIs and Channel Partners to deliver unified customer experiences across multiple geographies.
  • Professional fluency in English and either Swiss-German or French is essential for navigating the local and global landscape.
  • A deep understanding of data storage, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS is required to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
  • Ability to architect and lead the global expansion of strategic accounts within a high-stakes hunter territory.
  • Experience in orchestrating and executing comprehensive multi-year account blueprints that align company innovation with client global business objectives, ensuring predictable revenue growth and market share dominance.
  • Experience in leading end-to-end sales lifecycle for complex, multi-national contracts, including navigating partner and supplier dynamics to deliver high-value outcomes.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-suite stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to influence their long-term technology roadmaps and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience in analyzing global industry trends and competitor landscapes to proactively adjust sales strategies and ensure value propositions remain ahead of market shifts and customer requirements.
  • Proven success in leading internal regional teams and external partners such as GSIs in a unified team-sell approach to ensure high-quality proposals and seamless execution of global service level agreements.
