Job Description

A hands-on, high-impact role responsible for building and managing the end-to-end growth marketing function, focusing on account-based go-to-market strategies, event orchestration, analytics, and partner campaigns to generate qualified opportunities and support high-value enterprise deals in the mobile robotics industry.

Key Responsibilities

Build and run the end-to-end growth marketing function, focusing on account-driven go-to-market strategies, ABM, ABX, and lifecycle nurturing.
Plan and execute event-to-pipeline activities, including trade shows, roadshows, and webinars.
Conduct full-funnel analytics and reporting to optimize marketing performance.
Develop and manage partner and ecosystem campaigns to expand reach and accelerate adoption.
Collaborate closely with sales to ensure marketing campaigns, events, and content generate qualified opportunities for high-ACV enterprise deals.

Requirements

Have the legal right to live and work in Spain.
Ideally reside in Barcelona or be open to relocating to Barcelona.
Experience in building and running growth marketing functions end-to-end, including account-driven go-to-market strategies such as ABM (Account-Based Marketing) and ABX (Account-Based Experience).
Experience in managing lifecycle nurture campaigns across long, multi-stakeholder buying cycles.
Experience in orchestrating event-to-pipeline activities, including trade shows, roadshows, and webinars.
Proficiency in full-funnel analytics and reporting to measure marketing performance.
Experience in executing partner and ecosystem campaigns to expand reach and accelerate adoption.
Ability to partner closely with sales teams on high-ACV (Annual Contract Value) enterprise deals in asset-heavy industries such as energy, chemicals, utilities, and mining.
Hands-on experience in building and managing marketing campaigns, events, and content that consistently turn into qualified opportunities.
Proven track record of connecting marketing efforts into a repeatable pipeline machine.
