Job Description
The Training Program Manager at Amperity is responsible for developing and delivering technical and business training to employees, partners, and customers, focusing on product adoption, user enablement, and continuous improvement of training assets within a SaaS and AI-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, deliver, and maintain end-user product training for employees, partners, and customers
- Create and update self-service training assets and learning materials
- Collaborate on curriculum development, instructional design, and development of exercises, labs, and quizzes
- Assist in developing training kits and Train the Trainer programs
- Improve and scale the training process using LMS and other tools
- Work with Product Managers to provide feedback for product improvements
- Engage with subject matter experts to deepen expertise and ensure training relevance
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience working in related technologies, ideally in enterprise b2b SaaS environments.
- Knowledge of databases, big data, cloud computing, IT, AI, and LLMs.
- Basic SQL proficiency.
- Understanding of Marketing technology, digital marketing strategies, concepts, and processes.
- Customer-focused and motivated to help learners succeed.
- Excellent writer and speaker.
- Flexible and patient with students and comfortable communicating to all levels of audiences.
- Proven success in the ability to transfer knowledge that bridges data, technology, and business value.
- Passionate about learning and sharing knowledge with others.
- Experience with a variety of training concepts, principles, and adult learning theory.
- Quick learner of new technical concepts and able to rapidly turn around and impart that knowledge with passion and enthusiasm.
- Act with urgency to produce results quickly with an iterative approach to improvement.
Benefits & Perks
Compensation/salary range: 100,000-140,000 USD base salary
Work schedule: Hybrid work model with three days in the office each week
