Job Description
The role involves leading and developing a regional sales team to drive revenue growth and market penetration for AI-driven customer data solutions, while building strategic client relationships and collaborating cross-functionally to align sales strategies with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team in the region.
- Define and execute the regional sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
- Drive pipeline generation through outbound prospecting and strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with ecosystem partners and technology providers to expand sales opportunities.
- Act as an executive sponsor for key accounts, engaging with C-suite stakeholders.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align strategies.
- Stay informed on industry trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Implement scalable sales processes, manage forecasts, and track sales metrics.
Requirements
- 15 years in enterprise sales with 5 years in a leadership role, ideally in SaaS or technology-driven organizations, with proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams, and a track record of attracting, retaining, and growing top talent.
- Proven success in exceeding sales targets and leading teams in complex, high-growth environments.
- Strong understanding of data platforms, cloud-based architectures, and advanced analytics tools, including AI and ML capabilities.
- Expertise in solution selling, consultative approaches, and crafting customized data platform solutions.
- Exceptional coaching and team-building skills, fostering an inclusive and high-performing culture.
- Strong ability to engage C-suite stakeholders with compelling presentations and strategic insights.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and build strategic partnerships with internal teams such as marketing, product, and engineering, as well as external partners including systems integrators (e.g., Deloitte, Slalom, Accenture), cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud), and technology partners (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Braze).
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout the region.
