Job Description
A Marketing Project Manager responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing marketing initiatives using agile methodologies and tools like Asana, ensuring efficient collaboration and delivery across campaigns, content, events, and product launches in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and oversee the execution of marketing projects from kickoff to completion
- Build and maintain detailed project plans in Asana, including tasks, timelines, dependencies, and milestones
- Track progress against deliverables and deadlines, proactively identify risks, and implement solutions
- Lead sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives for the marketing team
- Manage the project backlog and prioritize work in alignment with marketing leadership
- Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional marketing teams and facilitate communication
- Monitor and report on project performance, providing updates to stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for efficiency gains and improved team productivity
Requirements
- 5 years of project or program management experience, ideally in B2B or technology marketing
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects with competing deadlines
- Proficiency with Asana and experience with agile methodologies
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
