Job Description
The role involves crafting compelling narratives and visual content to explain complex technical concepts related to data, AI, and customer data platforms, enabling both technical and non-technical audiences to understand and adopt Amperity's solutions. It requires translating technical details into clear stories that highlight the value and differentiation of the company's technology in the data and AI landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate complex technical concepts related to data, identity, and AI into clear, compelling stories for various audiences
- Create visuals, diagrams, demos, and explainers to facilitate understanding of data flows, pipelines, and AI capabilities
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales Engineering teams to develop messaging, launch narratives, and enablement materials
- Develop and own storytelling for product releases, highlighting new features' value and usage scenarios
- Simplify and communicate how data architectures and AI-driven approaches work and their benefits to technical and non-technical audiences
- Create accessible stories comparing Amperity's solutions with competitors to highlight unique value propositions
- Build demos, field assets, and talk tracks to support sales and customer engagement with complex concepts
Requirements
- Equivalent of 12 years experience in technical product marketing, technical marketing, program or project management.
- Tech Savvy with a deep understanding of or practical experience in the data landscape, especially in data warehouse, machine learning, or data activation platforms.
- Degree in engineering or computer science or equivalent experience in a technical role.
- Displays curiosity, enjoys learning and gathering new insights.
- Must have outstanding writing and verbal communications skills with demonstrable copywriting experience.
- Demonstrated ability to apply learnings to recommended outcomes and communicate to broader audiences.
- Experience in digital and traditional content-driven lead generation is a big plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, experience working directly with a sales team is a big plus.
- Experience working in a B2B demand generation environment is a plus.
- Location in Seattle, WA, with a hybrid work model including three days in the office each week.
Benefits & Perks
Compensation/salary range: $170,000-$230,000 with cash incentives and stock options
