Job Description

The role involves developing and managing partner marketing programs, executing joint campaigns, and building strong relationships with external partners to drive pipeline growth and brand visibility within a B2B SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead integrated partner marketing programs aligned with partner and executive priorities
  • Oversee field event logistics, including materials, shipments, and sponsorship deliverables for partner events
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to create and execute joint go-to-market (GTM) plans with partners
  • Manage relationships with partners and internal teams to ensure alignment on goals, messaging, and co-branded efforts
  • Develop and execute co-branded marketing campaigns to promote awareness, lead generation, and pipeline growth
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry insights to identify new partner engagement opportunities
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, optimizing strategies to improve ROI
  • Ensure brand consistency across all partner marketing efforts and collateral
  • Support contract negotiations and manage budgets related to partner marketing programs

Requirements

  • 15 years of experience in partner channel marketing in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of and experience with digital marketing, demand generation, and content marketing within a partner ecosystem.
  • Experience building joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies with external partners.
  • Experience with Salesforce as a CRM tool.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess campaign effectiveness, track measurements, and optimize performance.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proven experience working with sales and product marketing to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills to engage both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage budgets and marketing spend.
  • Experience working in technology, SaaS, or software industries.
  • Familiarity with SIs, Databricks, Snowflake.
