Job Description
The role involves developing and managing partner marketing programs, executing joint campaigns, and building strong relationships with external partners to drive pipeline growth and brand visibility within a B2B SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead integrated partner marketing programs aligned with partner and executive priorities
- Oversee field event logistics, including materials, shipments, and sponsorship deliverables for partner events
- Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to create and execute joint go-to-market (GTM) plans with partners
- Manage relationships with partners and internal teams to ensure alignment on goals, messaging, and co-branded efforts
- Develop and execute co-branded marketing campaigns to promote awareness, lead generation, and pipeline growth
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry insights to identify new partner engagement opportunities
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, optimizing strategies to improve ROI
- Ensure brand consistency across all partner marketing efforts and collateral
- Support contract negotiations and manage budgets related to partner marketing programs
Requirements
- 15 years of experience in partner channel marketing in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of and experience with digital marketing, demand generation, and content marketing within a partner ecosystem.
- Experience building joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies with external partners.
- Experience with Salesforce as a CRM tool.
- Strong analytical skills to assess campaign effectiveness, track measurements, and optimize performance.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Proven experience working with sales and product marketing to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills to engage both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage budgets and marketing spend.
- Experience working in technology, SaaS, or software industries.
- Familiarity with SIs, Databricks, Snowflake.
