Job Description
The Strategic Account Manager Europe is responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with utility partners, maximizing value and growth opportunities, and supporting the expansion of Amber's renewable energy automation technology across European markets.

- Drive account growth, retention, and expansion
Requirements
- Building trusted, long-term relationships with utility partners to maximize the value they and their customers achieve with Amber.
- Solving for account growth, retention, and expansion with utility partners.
- Ideally being based in the UK or anywhere within mainland Europe with full working rights in these regions.
- Working predominantly remotely with flexible working hours, including core hours of 7am - 10am, Monday to Wednesday, occasional Thursday London time, and the ability to shape work schedule around core collaboration hours.
- Traveling to Amber’s headquarters in Melbourne, Australia, for the first 2 weeks of onboarding, then ideally once per week if EU based, with potential opportunities to travel to Australia 1-2 times per year for company-wide events.
- Including a resume and cover letter in the application process.
- Participating in a hiring process that includes a screening interview with the talent team, an intro call with the hiring manager, a take-home assignment, a follow-up panel interview based on the assignment, and a final chat with founders or executive team members.
- Candidates must have full working rights in the UK or EU regions to be eligible to apply.
