Job Description

A Customer Experience Specialist role focused on providing timely, informative support to customers within a fast-growing renewable energy company, helping to build a sustainable future through innovative energy solutions and excellent customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide informative, concise, and timely support to customers.
  • Engage with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues related to Amber's products and services.
  • Assist in building Amber's customer experience and support the company's vision.

Requirements

  • Availability to work Monday through Saturday between the hours of 8am and 8pm, including potential shifts from 12pm to 8pm on weekdays and 10am to 4pm on Saturdays, with flexibility to accommodate preferred working days.
  • Ability to work 25-35 hours per week in a role based in Melbourne, with a flexible work-from-home arrangement and the expectation to remain Melbourne-based and maintain flexibility between office and remote work.
  • Full working rights in Australia and current residence in Australia, preferably Melbourne.
  • Willingness to work as a casual employee with hours that may vary depending on scheduling.
  • Strong communication skills to provide informative, concise, and timely support to customers.
  • Ability to learn about and engage with a modern, innovative company’s products and customer engagement strategies.
  • Experience or ability to work effectively in a close-knit team environment.
  • Open to candidates from all backgrounds and underrepresented groups, with a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
  • Ability to participate in a multi-stage interview process including a screening call, take-home case study, panel interview, and final interview with senior staff.
