Job Description
A part-time Office Manager Executive Assistant responsible for providing administrative support to the executive team and managing day-to-day office operations at Amber's Melbourne headquarters, contributing to a collaborative and inclusive work environment within a rapidly growing renewable energy company.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Amber's executive team
- Manage day-to-day office operations at Melbourne CBD headquarters
- Coordinate with the Executive Business Partner and other stakeholders
- Maintain an organized and welcoming workspace for staff and visitors
- Ensure the office is well-stocked and functioning smoothly
- Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and other business administration tasks
Requirements
- Proven experience in providing administrative support to executive teams and managing day-to-day office operations.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to keep the leadership team organized and the workspace running smoothly, well-stocked, and welcoming for team members and visitors.
- Strong attention to detail and initiative in managing office tasks and supporting a proactive work environment.
- Ability to work part-time, with the expectation of being in the office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, across 0.6 to 0.8 FTE, with occasional flexibility to work from home.
- Based in Melbourne, Australia, with full working rights to work in Australia.
- Ability to collaborate closely with the Senior People Operations Manager, Executive Business Partner, and other key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated proactive and friendly approach to workplace management and administrative support.
- Willingness to participate in a structured hiring process including a screening interview, a take-home exercise (no longer than 1 hour), an interview with the hiring manager and team member, and a final interview with a member of the leadership team.
