Job Description
A Senior Commissioning Manager responsible for leading the commissioning of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) projects in Australia, utilizing electrical engineering expertise and leadership skills to deliver complex energy automation systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the commissioning team in delivering Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) projects in Australia
- Oversee the execution of complex energy automation systems
- Ensure the successful commissioning of energy assets in accordance with project specifications and standards
Requirements
- A strong electrical engineering background with proven leadership skills.
- A track record of delivering complex energy automation systems.
- Experience leading commissioning teams in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) projects.
- Experience delivering BESS projects specifically in Australia.
- Ability to lead the commissioning process from start to finish for energy storage projects.
- Demonstrated experience in commissioning and integrating energy infrastructure projects.
- Proven ability to manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams involved in commissioning activities.
- Experience working with utilities, grid operators, and large energy consumers is implied but not explicitly mandatory.
- Ability to work remotely, as indicated by LI-remote designation.
