A Compliance Specialist role focused on ensuring regulatory adherence and optimizing compliance practices within a renewable energy technology company, working closely with operations and legal teams to support the company's growth and innovation in the energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks for electricity retailers
- Maintain and improve internal and customer-facing compliance processes
- Analyze detailed processes to identify areas for compliance improvements
- Collaborate with Operations and Legal teams to implement compliance best practices
Requirements
- Apply knowledge of the regulatory framework for electricity retailers to ensure customer-facing and internal processes are both compliant and fit-for-purpose for Amber as a market-leading technology company.
- Help deliver and maintain best-practice compliance practices as Amber scales.
- Analyze and dive into detailed processes to identify and apply improvements related to compliance.
