Job Description
A Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for managing end-to-end recruiting processes across multiple regions, building talent pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience to support the company's rapid growth and global hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process across multiple regions and functions.
- Proactively source candidates using various platforms and develop talent pipelines.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Deliver a high-quality candidate experience and serve as a brand ambassador.
- Coordinate onboarding of new hires and collaborate on improving recruiting and onboarding processes.
- Utilize data and metrics to inform hiring decisions and improve recruitment effectiveness.
Requirements
- Three years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth or SaaS environment.
- Proven experience recruiting in a corporate environment across multiple regions.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, creative sourcing strategies, and pipeline development.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse.
- Relentless drive to reach goals and a high work ethic.
- Ability to build talent pipelines and a passion for finding the perfect candidate for the roles worked on.
- Excellent communication skills with strong English speaking skills.
- Highly collaborative with the ability to work effectively as part of a global People team.
- Positive, proactive, and solutions-oriented with a high level of ownership and accountability.
- Experience with Deel platform is a plus.
