The Implementation Manager is responsible for onboarding and deploying software solutions for customers, ensuring successful project execution, and fostering long-term strategic partnerships to maximize product adoption and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage multiple customer implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of milestones
Lead customer kickoff meetings to establish goals, expectations, and project plans
Facilitate regular implementation sessions, addressing customer objections and providing industry-specific best practices
Communicate action items and project updates effectively to internal teams and customers
Manage data imports, automations, and interpret data to support implementation
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, demonstrating ownership and customer advocacy
Track and oversee implementation milestones and project status within internal systems
Coordinate with Customer Success Managers to ensure seamless transition post-implementation
Participate in cross-functional feedback to improve and scale the implementation process
Requirements
Proven success in strategically onboarding and implementing a project or software across a range of customer profiles, with experience as an Implementation Manager, Customer Success Manager, or Account Manager.
At least 4 years of experience in a strategic customer-facing role such as Implementation Manager, Customer Success Manager, or Account Manager.
At least 2 years of experience in implementation or project management within a SaaS environment.
Experience working with demanding, multi-national customers headquartered in EMEA.
Proficiency in using Excel; experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, or Monday.com is preferred.
Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to prioritize competing tasks.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and creative problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated and action-oriented, with the ability to work within a team environment.
Enthusiasm for collaborating with team members across Customer Success, Customer Support, Technical Solutions, Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering.
The aptitude to learn and be coached.
Must have the legal right to work in the Republic of Ireland without sponsorship.
