Job Description
A Renewals Coordinator at AlertMedia is responsible for managing contract renewals, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying growth opportunities within high-volume accounts to support customer retention and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the contract renewal process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date in Salesforce
- Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding renewals, addressing questions and providing assistance
- Collaborate with sales, customer success, and finance teams to ensure smooth renewal transitions and fulfill customer needs
- Maintain customer relationships to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with services
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during contract renewals to promote customer growth
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience in Renewals, Procurement, or Account Management, preferably within a SaaS organization.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Ability to manage a large volume of accounts and stay organized.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems to ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding their renewals, addressing questions, and providing assistance throughout the process.
- Experience in discovering and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities upon contract renewal to maximize customer growth.
