The Enterprise Account Executive at AlertMedia is responsible for selling emergency communication software to large enterprise clients, building relationships, managing the sales pipeline, and driving business growth through consultative, prospect-to-close sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Sell AlertMedia's software platform to large enterprise organizations.
Develop and maintain relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders.
Conduct high-volume prospecting and outreach to generate qualified leads.
Schedule and deliver virtual and in-person product demonstrations.
Advise prospects on how AlertMedia solutions address their communication challenges.
Manage the sales pipeline and accurately forecast bookings using CRM systems.
Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives, marketing, and sales leadership to drive the sales process.
Negotiate enterprise-level deals and manage proposals, legal reviews, and contracts.
Transition closed accounts to Customer Success Managers and pursue expansion opportunities.
Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a consultative, prospect-to-close technology sales role with the ability to articulate past strategies and successes in both an inside and face-to-face setting
Experience in successfully selling B2B software solutions from prospecting to close
Proven ability to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas
Hunter mentality with an always prospecting approach and the ability to self-set demos and meetings
Experience negotiating enterprise-level deals with integrity, including the ability to turn pricing conversations into value-add conversations
Ability to uncover challenges and opportunities within prospects and internally, demonstrating genuine curiosity
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders
Experience managing and logging tasks and activities regularly and correctly in Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems, with accurate forecasting ability
Knowledge of various Sales Methodologies, specifically AlertMedia leverages Force Management MEDDPICC
Willingness and ability to travel within the territory 10-20% of the time
Ability to effectively transition closed accounts to Customer Success Managers and pursue land and expand opportunities
Demonstrated ability to use a consultative approach to advise prospects on how AlertMedia can help solve their communication challenges
Experience conducting high volume prospecting and phone outreach using tools such as Salesforce.com, LinkedIn, and other outbound techniques to generate a healthy pipeline
Ability to schedule and deliver customized virtual and in-person meetings and product demonstrations to assigned targets
Experience working closely with marketing and sales teams to manage the sales process, including proposals, legal and security reviews, negotiation, and contract execution
