Job Description
A strategic and hands-on role leading the development and execution of AI-powered experiences within a relationship intelligence CRM platform, focusing on defining product strategy, managing AI experiments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions for dealmakers.
Key Responsibilities
- Define strategy and roadmap for AI experiences and products.
- Lead the development and evolution of Affinity's chat and agentic AI products from research to deployment.
- Manage and evolve the labs framework for evaluating and scaling AI experiments.
- Collaborate with leadership, customers, and cross-functional teams to shape AI product direction.
- Develop product strategies, success metrics, and value propositions for AI features.
- Partner with engineering, science, and design teams to discover, define, and deliver AI solutions.
- Conduct user research, run beta programs, and gather feedback to inform product decisions.
Requirements
- Six years of product management experience, with at least three years in B2B (business-to-business) environments.
- A proven track record of shipping AI experiences that customers actually touch, from prototype to production, owning the full journey.
- Experience moving quickly and experimenting by prototyping, testing with real users, and iterating before committing to a full build.
- Strong executive presence and the ability to influence without authority across engineering, design, go-to-market teams, leadership, and customers.
- Experience working with enterprise customers and navigating the complexity that comes with them.
- Deep understanding and empathy for users, with a proven track record of translating that empathy into product decisions.
- Genuine curiosity about AI, demonstrated by the tools used daily, personal projects, or opinions formed from hands-on experience.
- Ability to embrace ambiguity, iterate quickly, and deliver value to customers in a fast-paced environment.
