Job Description
A Product Marketing Specialist at Affinity is responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, creating compelling messaging and marketing collateral, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to promote the company's relationship intelligence platform to enterprise buyers and users.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to go-to-market strategies to drive revenue, platform adoption, and expansion
- Create compelling messaging for enterprise buyers and users
- Develop and refine customer personas, value drivers, and use cases
- Develop product marketing collateral such as website content, white papers, webinars, and data sheets
- Support the creation of customer case studies and webinars to demonstrate value
- Participate in win-loss analysis to understand market positioning and opportunities
- Collaborate with sales, customer success, product management, and engineering teams to refine product messaging and roadmaps
- Coordinate messaging at industry events and with field marketing teams
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear communications for various audiences
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of SaaS product marketing experience.
- Experience working with product, marketing, customer success, and sales teams.
- Strong communication skills to explain and translate complex technical concepts into simple, intuitive communications.
- Data-driven approach, using data to measure results and inform decision making.
- Self-directed with proven ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and deliver in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong analytical skills for competitive research and market trend analysis.
Benefits & Perks
Compensation/salary range: $66,400.00 - $99,630.00 USD base
Work location flexibility: Remote, San Francisco, or New York with hybrid model (2-3 days in-office per week for San Francisco or New York residents)
