Job Description

The Manager of GTM Applications is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the company's go-to-market systems, primarily Salesforce and related applications, to support sales, marketing, and customer success efforts. The role involves managing system integrations, driving automation, ensuring data governance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize Salesforce and connected GTM applications such as CPQ, marketing automation, CS platforms, data enrichment, and sales engagement.
  • Manage system integrations, ensure system stability, and align systems with business objectives.
  • Lead internal development processes including sprint planning, backlog management, and requirements gathering with RevOps and GTM stakeholders.
  • Translate GTM strategy into system requirements and development roadmaps.
  • Establish standards for documentation, QA, release management, and change control.
  • Partner with Sales Ops, CS Ops, and Marketing Ops to align system improvements with GTM initiatives.
  • Implement data governance, hygiene, and integration best practices.
  • Monitor system performance, user adoption, and compliance with internal controls.
  • Evaluate new GTM technologies and integration opportunities.
  • Drive automation, workflow optimization, and scalability across the GTM tech stack.
  • Manage and mentor Salesforce Admin and technical staff.

Requirements

  • Five (5) years of experience in Salesforce administration, development, or GTM applications management in a SaaS or high-growth tech environment.
  • Strong understanding of GTM processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Experience running sprint cycles, managing backlogs, and partnering with RevOps and stakeholders on system priorities.
  • Hands-on expertise with Salesforce CRM Admin and Developer certifications (familiarity is a plus).
  • Proven ability to manage technical staff admins, developers, contractors, and coordinate cross-functional projects.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable system solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner across GTM and IT teams.
