Job Description

This role involves building and managing a sales pipeline within the Private Capital CRM business, engaging prospects through inbound and outbound efforts, conducting customer meetings, and closing deals to drive revenue growth. The position requires collaboration with internal teams and leveraging sales methodologies to achieve targets in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and close a pipeline of new and existing accounts within the Private Capital CRM business
  • Qualify, follow up on inbound leads, and conduct customer meetings from discovery to closing
  • Present to prospects and challenge their thinking to optimize their teams and processes
  • Close deals to grow the company and increase personal income
  • Collaborate with the customer success team to identify and drive expansion revenue within existing accounts
  • Manage sales pipeline to ensure accurate forecasting and exceed sales quotas
  • Drive outbound prospecting efforts to generate pipeline coverage

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in SAAS products, preferably serving financial services companies such as Venture Capital (VC), Corporate Venture Capital (CVC), and Private Equity (PE).
  • Consistent over quota performance in sales roles.
  • Ability to manage and qualify inbound leads while simultaneously developing and executing an outbound prospecting plan.
  • Ability to conduct customer meetings from discovery to presentation and close, with actionable outcomes, across all levels of an organization throughout the sales cycle.
  • Knowledge and practical application of MEDDPICC sales methodology as well as solution selling methodologies.
  • Strong technical acumen to confidently speak to the full solution, including custom API integrations, data enrichment, and reporting.
  • Solid understanding of different Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions and utilization of modern sales tools and methodologies.
